$HAHA is the first meme coin on Astar zkEVM, considered to be the #MotherOfAllMemes. And launched just a few days ago.

The team consists of many influencial contributors of the Astar ecosystem.

And the community includes many Astar OG members because of its close relation to Astar Degens DAO.

Proposal

I suggest that we allocate a portion of our DAO funds to buy $HAHA and to use our $HAHA holdings for 3 purposes:

NFT Holder Airdrop: 33% of all $HAHA holdings will be airdropped to Cult Bear NFT holders in the future. If the investment is successful and our holdings increase by 1000% this would be a great way to reward our community.

Marketing: 33% of all $HAHA holdings will be used for future marketing initiatives decided by the Forest Council.

Treasury: 33% of all $HAHA holdings will be used for growing our treasury, increasing $XHNY liquidity and potentially creating a new $XHNY / $HAHA liquidity pair.

Execution

Due to the volatile nature of meme coins I suggest that we buy $HAHA in two steps. 50% will be bought shortly after the approval of this proposal. The remaining 50% a bit later, ideally if there is a dip.
