Description: The Cult Bears team proposes migrating our NFT collection from the ERC721 standard to the ONFT721 standard. This migration will transition the collection from Cult Bears V1 to Cult Bears V2, enabling cross-chain interoperability, scalability, and broader reach. As part of this migration:

We will take a snapshot of all holders on Astar EVM and Moonbeam. Cult Bears V2 NFTs will be redistributed on Avalanche and Base.
