Proposal: (Shibaverse ($VERSE) - Not to be confused with SHIB: The Metaverse!!)

Shibaverse ($VERSE) is a social, educational, and entertainment styled OPEN Metaverse project - on multiple platforms - which aims to be a decentralized virtual reality platform on the blockchain—featuring many interactive aspects, such as events, gaming, and work opportunities in a captivating digital environment that can be roamed freely. The core team of Shibaverse consists of three people with varying backgrounds in blockchain, architecture, design, and marketing. They are NOT directly affiliated with the Shiba Inu team; however, they are members inspired by Ryoshi’s vision of a “decentralized sovereign entity and totality” for a better world. They have come together to use their skills to build something valuable and beneficial for everyone. This Project is suitable for investment from $CULT because it is laser focused on providing education on the importance of decentralization as well as general crypto knowledge for the world which is both A) promoting decentralization and B) supporting a noble cause of educating others, especially children, about decentralization - they are a completely community driven project, with no tax, and no VCs. By the people, for the people. In exchange for the 13ETH to be provided for their metaverse and gamefi development, the Shibaverse team has graciously offered to provide the following: 1) A Commercial Space found within their “Genesis District” (these spaces are not for sale, and instead are provided to selective projects decided by their team – CULT being one of them!) The team has estimated the value of this space to be around 10ETH, though! Further, they will build a custom “CULT HEADQUARTERS” to our requested design specs! 2) A total of 5 Special Edition Shiballoon NFTs 3) And they will mint 200 “Cultalloons” that can be used to participate in their P2E games – half of which will be donated to the CULT treasury for our use!! Finally, the Shibaverse team has provided all dCULT members with a whitelist opportunity where 30% of holders will have a chance to win free $VERSE! We will hold the Commercial Space, and keep it as one of the many CULT Headquarters that will be found in future metaverses - this will provide our project with even greater exposure and presence on the world stage. We will sell all of the balloon NFTs after holding them for a minimum of 12 months and return those funds to $dCULT stakers.
