(Inverse Finance Yield Farming - 4th allocation)

Inverse Finance is a DAO with a financial platform that enables staking of the governance token (INV) for an APY of minimum 100%. The current APY is 185% which nets around 10k$ a month for cult. I'd like to ramp that to 20k with a 3rd and 4th proposal. The proposal serves 2 purposes: 1. Taking advantage of the high APY the staking platform provides by OTC-ing additional tokens 2.
