This vote acts as a signal for the voting of the Compound community multisig vote which controls a delegation of 10.7M UNI for this proposal. The multisig will only vote if a 10% quorum of eligible cUNI votes are cast. The quorum has been calculated to be 44,483,389 cUNI for this vote.

This vote ends earlier than the Uniswap proposal to allow time for the community multisig to convene and vote.
