Allow the use of DAO tokens for community events.

Allocate 1.755% (250,000) of the DAO tokens to community event rewards (around 0.166% of the total supply)

—- Rationale -—

Community events are a core part of the Convergence identity and help organically grow the community. These events have demonstrated their effectiveness by swiftly filling round 2 of presale in less than 5 minutes during Sagittarius Week, and contributing significantly to approximately half of the IBO fill (cvgVerse). The collective impact of these community events has resulted in a raise of $463,000.

To further strengthen and support the role of community events in the growth and development of Convergence, this proposal aims to allocate 1.755% (250,000) of the DAO tokens for community event rewards. So far, we have been using cvgPepes as reward, but we are gradually approaching their supply limit. This allocation will not only encourage and reward active community participation but also ensure the ongoing momentum and success of these events.

One strategy currently being developed is to host recurring poker tournaments, aiming to establish ourselves as the primary destination for poker in the Curve Ecosystem. Rather than distributing stablecoins, it would be more meaningful to distribute $CVG tokens. If this proposal is approved, the DAO tokens will finance these tournaments as well as any future community events -or contest- we organize.

As a reminder, these tokens are vested over 1.5 years, with 5% available at launch. Therefore, based on the initial market cap, 250k tokens represent approximately $4,125 of sellable value upon launch.
