CIP #3 - Bribe budget

Vote for a 10-week budget for bribes.

—- Rationale -—

In order to direct $CRV, $CVX, $FXS, and $SDT emissions towards our POL, a 10-week budget of 200,000 $CVG is proposed to the proto-DAO. These tokens will be withdrawn from the DAO’s treasury, and exclusively used for bribing governance token holders.

A maximum amount of 20,000 $CVG can be spent for bribes each week. If the APR targeted for veCRV votes doesn’t require spending 20,000 $CVG, unused tokens will be sent back to the DAO’s treasury.

Various governance tokens can be bribed, and various protocols can be used. The Core team will always try to make the best use of bribes (i.e. generating as much yield as possible for the protocol’s treasury). The Core team will validate bribing venues with the Proto-DAO.

Take 200,000 $CVG tokens from DAO’s treasury post-launch and send them to the POD.
