—Rationale—

Today marks an important milestone in the development of our protocol. As you are aware, our path towards decentralization (has notably) began with the establishment of a pre-governance group. The Proto-DAO is not meant to last indefinitely, but rather to evolve into the protocol's governance system itself, by welcoming all veCVG holders into its ranks.

To facilitate this transition and strengthen our collaboration, we propose the integration of a selected member from the Proto-DAO into our Association. This member will play a role in the strategic development of the protocol and act as a liaison between the protocol and the Association (as other members).

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Significant experience in the field;
• A strong willingness to contribute to the development and success of the protocol.

The integrated member will be remunerated honorifically in the form of presence tokens, recognizing their valuable contributions and participation.

By integrating a member of the Proto-DAO, we aim to enhance our strategic capabilities and ensure a seamless transition towards a fully decentralized governance system. This integration will allow us to leverage the expertise and insights of the community, fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation and strategic growth. The selected member will act as a bridge, facilitating effective communication and coordination between the decentralized community and the structured framework of the Association. This will not only help in aligning our strategic objectives but also ensure that the values and voices of the community are represented in decision-making processes.

Furthermore, this integration is a crucial step in transitioning the Proto-DAO into a robust and autonomous governance system. By having a dedicated representative within the Association, we can streamline operations, enhance transparency, and build a governance model that truly reflects the decentralized nature of our protocol. This approach will also provide the necessary legal and structural support, enabling the Proto-DAO to operate effectively within traditional economic frameworks while maintaining its core principles of decentralization and community-driven development.
