Adjust the safety limits of the AVAX/FTM/BNB LayerZero CRV bridges. This vote will reduce the bridge limit to 10k CRV/day per bridge and increase the delay period to 3 days (instead of pausing the bridges (https://dao.curve.fi/vote/ownership/490). After audits are completed a new vote can be performed to update the bridge params.
