Proposal: List $CWIN on MEXC exchange.

We will use 3% of $CWIN tokens in the Owner community section to create liquidity on MEXC if this proposal is passed.

1/. $CWIN has been confirmed on 2 sizable exchanges at the moment with a balance liquidity of 3% each. 2/. Currently, the MEXC exchange is also a reputable exchange with a large trading volume, listing $CWIN there will help increase liquidity and increase CwinDAO credibility. 3/. The community vote through CWIN NFT PASS will be more fair to reach the final decision.
