Why we need issue & locked NFTL tokens?

1. It looks very unsafe for new users when 60% of tokens are in the wallets of developers. Many are afraid of rug pull. Locking tokens can solve this problem
2. During an audit from Certik, they identified a Major problem - centralization. By issuing tokens, we will solve this big problem

We will block ~ 29% for creator rewards and 30% for Fantasy Reward for 5 years.

After 6 months the vesting system will start with 960k NFTL unlocked every month. 50% to Author / 50% to Fantasy Rewards
