Should we tie the Serum price to a fixed $ amount? (12$ for now)

Should we tie the Serum price to a fixed $ amount? (12$ for now). In order to counteract MATIC price changes. We would only adjust the price in 0.25 MATIC steps though, otherwise it would be too much, but roughly 12$ per serum would be the target.
