Should we use some of the DAO-Wallet funds to pay new moderators

We have some moderators right now and they are doing a good job, but it could be beneficial paying them. My Idea would be to hire 3-4 Moderators from different timezones to answer questions and keep the chat active and engaged. I was thinking around 80 MATIC + 5 CyberYetis + 5 MutantsYetis + a certain % (3-7%) of the royalities as compensation per month.
