Background: As you may know, we are selling the second tokenized property on the Binaryx Marketplace — PARQ Penthouse 62, a $175,000 apartment in PARQ Ubud, Bali. Over 170 investors have purchased 46.37% of the property tokens. However, the sale is not progressing as quickly as we would like, and the listing period agreed upon with the current property owner is about to end.
Proposal: We have found an alternative property – Karra Loft 3, which offers a passive income of up to 26.3% per year. We have negotiated better purchasing conditions for this property, including interest-free four-month installments. This means the apartment can be rented out before it's entirely sold, bringing rental income to investors before the total amount of funds is collected.
Voting: We are proposing a vote to decide whether to transfer the invested funds to the new Karra Loft 3 property or to refund the investors.
This vote is in accordance with Article IV, paragraph B of the PARQ Penthouse 62 Operating Agreement. It is an official legal vote of the DAO Binaryx Bali Asset 2, registered under the Wyoming Secretary of State with ID 2021-000984491.

Impact: The decision made by the majority of investors will determine the property's future. If the majority agrees to redirect the funds to the new property, investors will receive new bBali3 tokens in a 1:1 ratio to the amount of their current bBali2 tokens. If the majority chooses a refund, they will receive the USDT equivalent to the amount they invested.
Next Steps: The voting will be open from Monday, July 31, 18 AM UTC, until Thursday, August 3, 18 AM UTC. After the vote is complete and the majority's decision is determined, the Binaryx Platform will execute the chosen scenario.
