Executable EGP 37 - Delegates Dashboard: Service Provider Elections

Voting ended about 1 month agoSucceeded

Summary

This Snapshot proposal asks Everclear DAO to select one of two proposed Service Providers to deliver a Delegate Dashboard for 2026.

Both proposals aim to provide similar core functionality for delegate tooling and transparency, but differ in pricing, implementation approach, and feature sets.

The DAO is requested to express a clear preference between the two options. The proposal receiving the majority of votes will be considered the selected Service Provider.

Background

Two Requests for Comment (RFCs) are currently under discussion on the forum:

  • [RFC] Renewal of Karma Everclear Delegate Dashboard for 2026

    https://forum.connext.network/t/rfc-renewal-of-karma-everclear-delegate-dashboard-for-2026/1421

  • [RFC] Everclear Curia Delegate Dashboard 2026

    https://forum.connext.network/t/rfc-everclear-curia-delegate-dashboard-2026/1424

Both RFCs propose delivering a Delegate Dashboard to support governance participation, analytics, and transparency across Everclear DAO, with overlapping objectives but different cost structures and implementation details.

This Snapshot vote is intended to resolve the choice between these two alternatives in a transparent and straightforward manner.

Proposal

Token holders are asked to vote on which Service Provider should be selected to deliver the Everclear Delegate Dashboard for the 2026 period.

  • The option with the highest number of votes will be considered approved.
  • No partial allocation or split between providers is intended.
  • Only one Service Provider will be selected as a result of this vote.

Execution & Fund Flow

Upon successful completion of this Snapshot vote:

  1. The proposal with the most votes will be considered the DAO-approved Service Provider.

  2. The Security Council will transfer the corresponding budget (as outlined in the selected RFC) to the buffer multisig:

    0x81d9B57845C375C027c30d51F7A8004dA6f7668F

  3. The buffer multisig will be responsible for executing the agreed payments to the selected Service Provider according to the terms defined in the approved proposal.

  4. Every payment or transfer will be executed using the 7-day TWAP of CLEAR (source: CoinMarketCap). This applies both to the initial transfer from the treasury to the Buffer Multisig and to all subsequent payments to Service Providers.

Final Notes

This vote does not modify the governance scope or delegate responsibilities beyond tooling provision.

Its sole purpose is to ensure the DAO selects a single, clearly mandated provider for Delegate Dashboard services in 2026.
