Proposal

Token holders are asked to approve the refill of the Buffer Multisig up to 15,000,000 CLEAR specified in the RFC.

This refill:

• Does not approve new initiatives or service providers
• Does not alter existing budget allocations
• Is intended exclusively to ensure execution capacity for DAO-approved expenses

Execution

If this proposal passes:

1. The Security Council will execute the on-chain transaction to refill the Buffer Multisig up to 15,000,000 CLEAR.

3. The Buffer Multisig will continue to be used exclusively for executing DAO-approved payments.
