Executable EGP 34 - Everclear Security Council Lead Elections

According to the detailed procedure voted on "Executable EGP 19 - Everclear Security Council Upgrade", we submit to a vote the single application to fulfill the Security Council Leader position. As being the only application, the vote will act as a ratification or not of the applicant with a regular voting system.

Budget requirement

In order to front the required budget to unfold the Everclear Security Council Leader role, we breakdown the budget in the amount of required CLEAR:

Annual Budget for the ESC Lead role:

Monthly Rate = $4,000 12 months/year = $48,000/year

Payments in CLEAR are due monthly.

CLEAR total amount required: 3,340,733

Retroactive Payment

Since the last budget only included payments for 11 months, we are requesting an additional $4,000 allocation to pay the ESC Lead Compensation for October 2025

CLEAR total amount required: 278,395

FINAL CLEAR AMOUNT REQUESTED: 3,619,128

The executable proposal includes a 30% buffer, and we are using a 30-day VWAP at the moment of posting it on Snapshot. ($0.0205 on October 25, 2025)

Note: Funds will be allocated to the multisig holding the budget for the Security Council regular members.
