This proposed EGP describes the bi-annual budget of the Everclear Community Leaders for H1 of 2026. The Community Leaders of the Everclear ecosystem are tasked with providing necessary functions to the Everclear ecosystem within the areas of community, support, and social media marketing in an effort to help deliver outstanding customer experiences, and strategically grow the protocol.
The Everclear Community Leader Sub-DAO is a decentralized, community-governed entity that was approved via voting on Snapshot by the Everclear DAO in February 2024. Along with the governance vote, the responsibility for compensating community contributors and funding community initiatives was shifted into the hands of the Everclear Community Leader Sub-DAO as a decentralized, community-governed entity in the ecosystem.
Community Leaders are Core Contributors to the Everclear ecosystem as per the DAO Docs and focus on areas such as user support, marketing, growth, education, and community management. This EGP provides Community Leaders with the funds necessary to continue supporting the Everclear ecosystem.

In general, leftover funds will automatically be applied toward compensating community leaders for the upcoming month. Should the DAO reject the proposal, all remaining tokens will be returned to the DAO.
The Community Leaders collaborate directly with the Everclear Foundation to refine strategies and elevate execution quality across these activities:
Calculations assume an average token price of $0.005395 (30 day VWAP on February 3nd 2026). Following a semester of delivering and exceeding key performance targets, we are proposing a 10% compensation adjustment. This increase aligns our incentives with the increased workload expected and more aggressive growth targets set for the upcoming term. The ask is that the Everclear DAO covers the funding below:

Fixed compensation will be revisited every month and adjusted as necessary. Additionally, the Buffer and Community Treasury funds may be used to cover Community Leadership operational expenses (such as software licenses).
On the first day of each month, we will calculate the tokens to be distributed, using the average closing price of the token from the previous 7 days, as listed on Coingecko.
This proposal asks for 7,724,604 CLEAR to use during the first half of 2026. This includes the January 2026 compensation, for which the Community SubDAO does not have remaining tokens to pay for, as these funds will not be asked from the DAO’s emergency multisig. We expect to publish the next proposal by August 2026.
Note: Since oSnap was deprecated, if approved, this proposal will be executed by the Security Council.
