50k Token Swap xNODE <> GIV

As per https://forum.dappnode.io/t/50k-token-swap-xnode-giv/1473

We're proposing to swap 50k DAI worth of xNODE for 50k DAI worth of GIV and to pair with a further ~50k of xNODE to create a GIV/xNODE LP. The LP tokens will be held by the DappNode DAO.

Actual token amounts were obtained from a 7 day price average between March 19-25 via CoinGecko for GIV and NODE. Along with proposed advice from Lanski we'll provide a further matching amount of xNODE to create a GIV/xNODE LP on Honeyswap with the provided GIV tokens.

214,904.74 xNODE will be swapped for 134,973.25 GIV and a further 214,904.74 xNODE will be provided to create the Honeyswap LP token, funds will be obtained from the DAO Treasury.

xNODE will be sent to the Giveth Liquidity Safe on Gnosis Chain - 0xf924fF0f192f0c7c073161e0d62CE7635114e74f
