ADP0 Refund to AssangeDAO Contributors

The dictatorial governance by the core team of AssangeDAO hurt contributors. They promised $JUSTICE is the governance token of the DAO, but they make all decisions on their own. The voice of Assange and DAO supporters was censored.
Now is the time for AssangeDAO members to make their voices heard!

Here is the AssangeDAO Dencentralize Proposal 0:

1. Pak should transfer all the funds to Juicebox Assange project for a refund for 7 days, and let those who want to refund leave.
2. The rest of the $JUSTICE holders re-elect 9 multisig-signers to fight for their interest.
3. The non-refunded ETH will be transferred to multisig wallet. AssangeDAO together with WikiLeak manages the fund to free Assange.

The original core team including Gabriel Shipton, @Crypto_McKenna, @JB87ua (Josh), Pak, Amir Taaki, Rachel-Rose O'Leary, Fiskantes, and Silke Noa should assist to execute the proposal if passed.
