[LIZIA] Sale of DAO BIM's stake in Lizia SAS

Context: BIM DAO invested in Lizia SAS, a French company specialising in the design, manufacture and marketing of reading lamps and stationery accessories, when it was founded in 2022. Thanks to our expertise in product development and industrialisation, we have accompanied Lizia from its conception to become a company producing more than 30,000 reading lamps in France last year, with a positive result of €60,000 in 2023.

Current opportunity: We now have the opportunity to sell our stake in Lizia for a multiple of 26.6 times our initial investment.
