[Tokenomics] BIM Marketing 2 portfolio allocation decision

Voting ended almost 2 years agoSucceeded

Proposal summary: When BIM was created in August 2022, two token allocations had been set aside for marketing. Two years later, this allocation has not been used. We seek the advice of the DAO to decide on the future of this BIM allocation, which represents around 1% of the total supply, or approximately 3,140,000 BIM.

Proposal details: We propose two options for using these BIM:

  1. Burn the BIM: this option involves permanently destroying the tokens in question, thereby reducing the total supply of BIM and potentially increasing the value of the remaining tokens. This action would be in line with our aggressive BIM token management policy.

  2. Transfer of BIM to DAO: tokens would be transferred to the DAO portfolio and held indefinitely, or until a specific use is decided. This reserve could be used for future operations or initiatives supported by DAO.

Voting process: BIM holders are invited to vote for one of the two proposed options. It is essential that each member express his or her opinion so that the decision is representative of the community's will.
