[Listing] Migration of BIM Token Listing to Dex-Trade

Summary of the Proposal: This proposal aims to approve the migration and relisting of the BIM token on the centralized exchange Dex-Trade. Previously, BIM was listed on Dex-Trade when it operated on the Polygon blockchain. As BIM Finance has now migrated to the Base blockchain, this proposal seeks to migrate the existing listing accordingly.

The migration fee amounts to $1,450, and we propose that this cost be covered by the DAO Treasury’s USDC reserve (currently around $2,000). Additionally, we propose to provide 15,000 BIM in liquidity to ensure a healthy trading environment on the platform.

Context: Dex-Trade is a well-established centralized exchange (CEX) with strong daily trading volumes and a history of reliability. Listing BIM on Dex-Trade again (this time on Base) will:

• Increase visibility and accessibility of the BIM token,

• Strengthen liquidity and price stability,

• Expand the user base of BIM Finance.

With the Total Value Locked (TVL) of the BIM Protocol now approaching $1 million and revenues growing rapidly, expanding listings across multiple platforms is key to strengthening the ecosystem’s credibility and reach.
