[Roadmap] Consolidation of BIM Exchange Argentina and Blog Argentina

Summary of the Proposal: To streamline our operations and avoid redundant development efforts, we propose to discontinue BIM Exchange Argentina and Blog Argentina. Instead, we will consolidate all activities under the main domain bim.finance. We will create a subdomain es.blog.bim.finance for the Spanish blog and integrate the Argentine peso directly on bim.finance. Communication channels on Twitter and Instagram for BIM Exchange Argentina will be retained.

Context: Managing multiple platforms for different regions can lead to unnecessary duplication of efforts and resources. By consolidating our operations under one main domain, we can focus our development efforts more efficiently while still catering to our Spanish-speaking audience through a dedicated subdomain.

Proposal Details: We propose the following changes:

1. Discontinue BIM Exchange Argentina and Blog Argentina:
   • All activities and content from BIM Exchange Argentina and Blog Argentina will be merged into the main platform bim.finance.
2. Create a Spanish Blog Subdomain:
   • Establish es.blog.bim.finance as a subdomain of bim.finance to host Spanish-language content.
3. Integrate the Argentine Peso:
   • Integrate the Argentine peso directly into bim.finance to facilitate transactions in local currency.
4. Retain Social Media Presence:
   • Maintain the Twitter and Instagram accounts for BIM Exchange Argentina to continue localized communication.

Voting Options:

• Option 1: Approve the Consolidation Plan (YES)
  • Discontinue BIM Exchange Argentina and Blog Argentina, create the Spanish blog subdomain, integrate the Argentine peso, and retain the social media accounts.
• Option 2: Maintain Current Structure (NO)
  • Continue with the current separate platforms for BIM Exchange Argentina and Blog Argentina without consolidation.
