BIP049 [DAO] BIM Analytics Dashboard Upgrade – Treasury Tracking Integration

Summary of the Proposal: This proposal aims to upgrade the current BIM Buyback Tracking Dashboard into a broader BIM Analytics platform. The main enhancement is the addition of a Treasury tab, enabling the community to track BIM treasury holdings and asset allocation in real time. As part of this evolution, the dashboard URL will change from bim-buyback.yecho.app to bim-analytics.yecho.app.

Context: The BIM Buyback Tracking Dashboard has already improved transparency around buyback activity. However, the community still lacks a simple and accessible way to monitor treasury balances, asset distribution, and protocol reserves. Since transparency is a core principle of DAO governance, expanding the dashboard into a more complete analytics hub is a logical next step. This upgrade will provide a clearer overview of treasury management and support more informed governance discussions.

Proposal Details: The proposal consists of expanding the existing dashboard by adding a new Treasury tab while maintaining all current buyback tracking features.

The Treasury section will include:

• Treasury Overview
• Total treasury value
• Individual token balances
• Global asset allocation breakdown
• Asset Allocation
• Distribution of treasury assets
• Percentage allocation per token
• Real-Time On-Chain Data
• Treasury balances read directly from the treasury address
• Automatic updates as balances change on-chain

The existing Buyback Tracking functionality will remain fully available within the same interface.

To reflect the broader scope of the tool, the dashboard URL will be updated:

This upgrade will provide the community with:

• Increased treasury transparency
• Better data accessibility for governance discussions
