[DAO] Selection of Stablecoin for Treasury Reserve

Summary of the Proposal: Today, we're tasked with selecting the stablecoin to serve as the treasury reserve for our DAO. This choice is pivotal for our financial stability and growth, given our treasury's composition of approximately 22 million BIM and a few hundred dollars in stablecoin.

Proposal Details: In this proposal, we'll evaluate four stablecoin options: USDT (Tether), USDC (USD Coin), DAI, and CRVUSD (Curve Dollar Token). Each has unique traits in stability, liquidity, and documentation.
