[Roadmap] Launch of Ethereum Blockchain on BIM Exchange

Summary of the Proposal: BIM Exchange continues its expansion by integrating new blockchains to offer an improved and diversified user experience. With the upcoming "Dencun" update of the Ethereum blockchain, scheduled for March 13, which promises to reduce fees on the L2 layers, it is strategic for BIM Exchange to plan the integration of Ethereum for buying, selling, and swapping, given its current availability on the bridge.

Context: The blockchain industry is growing, and integrating Ethereum can position BIM Exchange as a key player in this sector. Ethereum's "Dencun" update will transform the transaction landscape by significantly reducing costs, making its integration even more relevant.

Proposal Details: We propose to vote on whether to authorize the full integration of the Ethereum blockchain for the following activities on BIM Exchange:

1. Buying
2. Selling
3. Swapping

Voting Options:

• Option 1: (YES) Integrate Ethereum for Buying, Selling, and Swapping Full integration of the Ethereum blockchain to facilitate buying, selling, and swapping ,leveraging its existing bridge integration.
• Option 2: (NO) Do Not Integrate Ethereum for Buying, Selling, or Swapping Maintain the current state with Ethereum only available on the bridge.

Voting Process: BIM token holders are invited to vote for one of the four options proposed. The vote will determine BIM Exchange's strategy for the utilization of the Ethereum blockchain.
