[Roadmap] Launch of Monero Blockchain on BIM Exchange

Proposal Summary: BIM Exchange continues its expansion by integrating new blockchains to offer an enhanced and diversified user experience. This proposal focuses on the integration of the Monero blockchain, allowing users to directly buy and sell Monero (XMR) on BIM Exchange. Monero will be available only for buying and selling transactions, without any swap or bridge functionality.

Context: Monero (XMR) is a privacy-focused cryptocurrency that uses advanced cryptographic techniques to ensure complete anonymity and untraceability of transactions. Unlike Bitcoin, where transactions are visible on the blockchain, Monero hides details such as the sender, recipient, and transaction amount, making it an ideal option for users who value privacy and security. Adding Monero to BIM Exchange for buying and selling will offer users the ability to trade one of the most secure and privacy-focused assets in the crypto world, further diversifying the platform's offerings and increasing its appeal to privacy-conscious users.

Proposal Details: Authorize the full integration of the Monero blockchain for the following activities on BIM Exchange: Buying Monero (XMR): Allow users to directly purchase Monero on the platform. Selling Monero (XMR): Allow users to sell Monero on BIM Exchange. No swap or bridge functionality will be offered for Monero due to its privacy-oriented design.

Voting Process: BIM token holders are invited to vote for one of three options. The vote will determine BIM Finance's development strategy.
