[DAO] Opening Voting Proposals

Summary of the Proposal: As part of our goal to maximize decentralization, we propose opening the ability for each member to submit a vote to the DAO directly on Snapshot. To ensure the quality of proposals and avoid spam, we suggest that users must hold 10,000 BIM to submit a governance vote proposal.

Context: To enhance community engagement and improve the quality of decisions made, it is essential to structure the submission process for governance proposals. This will ensure that only serious and well-thought-out proposals are submitted for voting, while allowing each member to actively contribute to the direction of the platform.

Proposal Details: Submission Criteria:

• Users must hold 10,000 BIM to propose a governance vote.

Facilitation of Votes: -Delegators will be appointed to help reach the threshold of 10,000 votes required for avalid proposal.

Guide/Tutorial: Creation of a detailed guide/tutorial to help users submit proposals that meet our quality standards.

Voting Options:

• Option 1: YES, Authorize submission of proposals with the mentioned criteria Full integration of the criteria for proposing governance votes. -Option 2: NO, Do not authorize submission of proposals with these criteria Maintain the current state without changes to the proposal submission criteria.
