Accept B&M contract

While the previous vote to accept the contract presented to us from Bryce and Michael did not pass, attempts to find alternative property management companies has failed to produce any viable options for DAObnb. Per Forlane, DAObnb risks losing the two units without some property management company in place, as the management companies representing the landlords of the 2 units, require DAObnb to have a short-term property manager for the units.

Given this additional information, the proposal is being re-opened for a vote. **A vote of YES means to accept the contract from B&M. **A vote of NO means to reject the contract from B&M.
