The DAO Masters Generals would like to formally propose a Season 2 Plan, outlining the dates, theme, budget, generals, projects, and compensation for the season.

Season Duration:

November 15, 2021 - December 17, 2021 (5 weeks)

Season Theme:

The theme of season 2 will be Sustainability: how can we build a self sustaining DAO? This includes thinking through what we need to do internally to operate as a DAO, what core activities we need to maintain, and how we can build an organization that encourages and enables new experimentation. In line with this, key focuses will include:

• Building out processes to facilitate the maintenance of existing product and content (i.e. our website, our tool reviews) to continue expanding our brand / footprint in the DAO ecosystem
• Build out internal processes to allow for seamless scaling of community, including onboarding, governance, compensation, etc.
• Exploring how we can build funding mechanisms to sustainably fund the DAO into future seasons.
• Spearhead efforts on 1-3 new experiments to expand our value add to the DAO community

Season Budget:

15 ETH (note, this will leave DAO Masters with 31 ETH remaining in our treasury.)

Compensation

For now, compensation will be determined via one Coordinape circle with all contributors.

Note, we may amend the compensation process based on the recommendations of the compensation pod, but any changed will be required to be approved via an additional snapshot vote.

If you would like to approve this Season 2 Proposal, please vote "Approve." If you would like to deny this proposal, please vote "Deny."

If the proposal is approved, this Season 2 Overview document will become our official Season 2 Plan, and we will begin executing on the 13 selected projects. If denied, we will allow for another 24 hours of discussion before putting forth an amended Season 2 proposal.
