DAOpunks Digital Asset Ownership License (Terms and Conditions)

The following proposal, known as the DAOpunks Digital Asset Ownership License (Terms and Conditions), is directed towards the ownership rights of a DAOpunk NFT in the DAOpunks collection.

The proposal, authored by LiveFast9986.eth, defines the terms of owning a DAOpunk for both personal and commercial use.

Should this proposal pass, it would mean that that DAOpunks would adopt the following terms and conditions, post said terms and conditions on the DAOpunks.io website, and give each owner of a DAOpunk the rights set forth in the terms and conditions.
