Proposal #005 - NFT Acquisitions

To improve the speed at which we acquire NFTs for $DTF, while preserving as much community input as possible.

We've recently been missing out on potential NFT launches/opportunities that are announced within 6-12 hours (eg. Wavelengths, RTFKTs, BAYC). Without a system, we'll continue to lose opportunities. If there is an NFT that you'd like the DAO to acquire:

1. Create a proposal in Notion & post in #nft-foundry is Discord
   1. Example templates:
      1. Pak
      2. ZIGGURATS
2. Tag + request 1 of 6 DAO admins to create a snapshot with vote options:
   1. Strongly Agree
   2. Agree
   3. Disagree
   4. Strongly Disagree
3. Set a deadline for vote
4. Have DAO admin post in #announcements channel, tag everyone to vote
5. At deadline, 3 key holders must be ready to pull the trigger.

What is the minimum # of votes required to approve a transaction?
