Incorporate Genesis Bao NFT holders to be a part of the DAO, while maintaining the integrity of the $DTF token.

Description

DTF Studio is growing with the minting of DTF Genesis Baos. To properly engage the community to participate in voting and decision making on upcoming Studio mints, I would like to propose a restructuring of DTF.

1. Create two committees inside DTF: Investments and Studio
2. All current $DTF holders will be part of the Investments committee, and can vote on NFT treasury acquisitions
3. All $DTF and Genesis Bao holders will be part of the Studio committee, and can vote on DTF Studio projects
4. All $DTF and Bao holders are part of DTF and are allowed to use (🥟,🥟) on Twitter
5. No changes to Discord structure
6. DTF NFT Treasury still underpins the $DTF token
7. We do not have plans to mint new $DTF yet as part of this proposal

Benefits

• Expand the DAO without diluting our brand and positions of early investors

Success Metrics

• Genesis Bao holders do not feel alienated or “lower” than $DTF holders.

Yes = Create two committees. Nothing changes financially or in dao governance, but Bao holders can now call themselves DTF members No = Do not allow Bao holders to call themselves DTF members
