[DCP-25] Strategic Partnership with Trailblaze Launchpad

Summary

Mighty Labs, a wild west themed multi-tier DAO, along with Trailblaze, a decentralized web3 launchpad, looks to partner with DappRadar and its expansive network. Mighty Labs consists of two Ethereum-based NFT collections which represent membership at different levels- Sheriffs and Pioneers. The partnership will allow DappRadar users to participate in exclusive IDOs with some gaining Mighty Labs membership through NFTs, while allowing projects that launch on Trailblaze to gain exposure to new users from one of the most respected data platforms. A proposed token swap aims to align the interests of both DAOs, fostering a cooperative relationship.

The evolving digital landscape presents a strategic opportunity for DappRadar DAO: to become a leading gateway for community-driven Web3 project discoveries through the partnership. This partnership aims to enhance DappRadar’s platform by integrating the Trailblaze, Mighty Labs’ innovative launchpad for Web3 projects, directly into DappRadar’s user interface. Utilizing DappRadar’s established network and tools such as Upcoming Projects, quests, boosting and airdrops, this initiative seeks to curate and promote selected projects, leveraging the $XBLAZE token to increase launchpad allocations and enrich the ecosystem. A token swap between the Mighty Labs DAO/Trailblaze entities and DappRadar DAO will further align both parties’ interests, ensuring collaborative growth and mutual benefits.

• DappRadar Integration: Include Trailblaze projects in the “Upcoming Projects” section, questing, boosting and employ DappRadar’s API to power the Trailblaze ecosystem with real-time data.

• Airdrops: DappRadar community can benefit from airdrops from projects that are launched on the launchpad.

• Token swap: Perform a token swap of $40,000 value including Mighty Labs NFTs for DAO membership. It is proposed that in the first year, only $5,000 worth of token-swapped RADAR would be used to boost each project at any one time.

• Token Strategy and Incentives: Trailblaze engages PRO community with product and token incentives.

• Marketing Synergies: Co-marketing with DappRadar utilizing upcoming projects, quests, boosting and social media account cross-promotions with Trailblaze and projects that launch with them.

• $XBLAZE: Valued at $0.009 (pre-IDO price) reflecting our strategic commitment including a 12-month lock followed by a 12-month vesting period plus Mighty Labs NFTs: 1ETH, 0.093ETH
• $RADAR: Based on a 30-day TWAP at the time of agreement including a 12-month lock followed by a 12-month vesting period

• Launchpad Integration: Support and integrate at least 5 early-stage web3 projects from Trailblaze’s launchpad into DappRadar’s Upcoming Projects platform within 6 months, driving visibility and user engagement.
• PRO User Engagement: Implement product and token incentives to PRO users, aiming for a 25% increase in PRO user engagement and subscription renewals within 3 months post-partnership.

• $XBLAZE Token Performance: Seek a 25% increase in the number of users utilizing $RADAR and $XBLAZE tokens within the respect ecosystems, 6 months post-partnership
• Deal flow: Share at least 3 promising early-stage each month.
• Collaboration Milestones: Achieve collaborative milestones, such as co-hosted Quests/Boosting campaigns, with at least a 30% participation increase among targeted users within the first year. One cross-promoted X Space per month.
