Give a special role and access to World of Women Collabs owners

Summary: Give a "WoW Friend" role and access to the #wow-family-house Discord channel to World of Women Collabs owners.

Motivation: Since the launch of World of Women, we always made clear that you don’t have to own an actual WoW token to be part of the community and share our missions and values.

One of the reasons we launched Worlds of Women monthly ArtDrops was to give visibility to awesome artists, but also to provide a lower entry point to the WoW ecosystem.

While we are strong believers that art is utility, we plan to make those ArtDrops evolve in the future.

This is why the first proposal for the DAWoW is to grant a specific role: "WoW friend", to collabs owners.

This role won’t give any particular benefits besides giving access to the #wow-family-house Discord channel. This means that WoW friends won’t have access to channels that give specific benefits (giveaways, promos, pre-sale spots, etc.) associated with owning a WoW.

This should be seen as a token of recognition for ArtDrops holders. We also want to reiterate that owning original WoW will always be the top-tier membership of the WoW ecosystem.
