Summary Increase rebase lag to avoid negative reflexivity during contractions, while allowing the rewards mechanism to resume. As Debase explores different stabilization methods for contraction, other than rebases during contraction, calling the rebase function is still tied to rewards distribution; a high rebase lag during contraction negates the problem as it won't change the total supply in any noticeable way.

Technical specification

The change will be mediated by VidarTheAuditor through the DEBASE multi-sig.

Parameters to update Rebase lag when daily average price < 0.95 DAI: change to 3000 from 30.

With the new lag, here are some daily average prices and corresponding rebase percentages: 0.9: 0.0033% 0.75: 0.0067% 0.5: 0.0167%

Note: This lag change only applies during contraction
