  3. Propose and run the first season/cycle of DAO privacy working group via DAOstar.

Venture 3

Objective: Validate Venture 3 Proof of Concept

Key Results:

  1. Technically validate Research Theses
    1. Take product requirements from Research and create a technical feasibility document. Not all feasibility needs to be solved, but some hypothesis can be made based on available tech.
    2. Determine any unknowns and assumptions (as a team) for feasibility and create research tasks based on these
    3. Validate and understand all unknowns based on the feasibility document to get final determination of feasibility. If feasibility can’t be understood without writing code, start writing small PoC code.

Objective: Finish Lumen MVP for Go-To-Market

Key Results:

  1. All open MVP product questions have been scoped.
  2. Staging and Production versions of CC Enclaves, APIs + Interface, + attestation contracts are deployed and fully QAd.
  3. Support Exchanges requested in LOIs. If there is a delay on the LOIs, support at minimum 2 exchanges: Binance, Coinbase
  4. External Client-Facing Documentation for the system is available on gitlab (or equivalent). Some of these docs, like API docs, may be client-specific, depending on how the clients are interacting with Lumen.
  5. Develop docs for developer onboarding (thinking Kelvin could do this as he learns the system himself)

      2. Someone who may potentially use a Lumen-enabled credit pool.
  2. Build relationships with at least two institutional lenders.

      2. Someone who may potentially supply liquidity to a Lumen-enabled credit pool.
  3. Execute LOIs to launch Lumen-enabled credit pools with two pairs of underwriters and credit protocols for the spring season with our business model defined and validated.

      Base subscription fee to access the data and a fee added onto the borrow cost.

Objective: Fractal’s v2 anonymous voting feature is shipped

Key Results:
