- Take product requirements from Research and create a technical feasibility document. Not all feasibility needs to be solved, but some hypothesis can be made based on available tech.
- Determine any unknowns and assumptions (as a team) for feasibility and create research tasks based on these
- Validate and understand all unknowns based on the feasibility document to get final determination of feasibility. If feasibility can’t be understood without writing code, start writing small PoC code.
