Next mint should be in ICE instead of ETH

Considering the current price of ICE <.10c and the wearable floor price at 1.3 eth, the next mint should be in ICE instead of eth.

Rational; The DG DAO currently has 65m in it's treasury. It would be more beneficial for the ICE ecosystem to do the nearest future mint in ICE instead of ETH. This would be a positive move for the price of ICE, floor cost of wearables, and sustainability of the ecosystem.

The team can set the cost for the mint as they see fit, as long as it's in ice.
