New Player Growth Campaigns

Background

On November 11th, we launched the Bag.win Telegram bot and mini app: t.me/bagwinbot.

Now that we've significantly improved onboarding, account funding, and our games offering, we are ready to invest in User Acquisition campaigns.

Proposal

Allocate up to 50,000 USDT to run strategic Player Acquisition campaigns now through end of Q1 2025. Fund by borrowing USDT on AAVE as needed to pay marketing partners

Team publishes spend amounts by platform/partner monthly along with performance overviews that include key performance metrics for each campaign.

Rationale

We have calculated that our new user ARPU is ~140 EUR and that we can get CAC below that figure… something many other casinos have done. The team has learned from its experience ~2 years ago running campaigns to the then-new Arcade platform. Compared to where we were with SNGs in 2022, Bag.win is a significantly better platform both in terms of ease of onboarding and profitability per new user.

Creating a sound UA funnel requires optimizing each step of the funnel and testing with different partners, but we believe we can be effective with this spend out of the gate.

Following deployment of these campaigns, we will have insight and data on the following:

  • What is our baseline Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)?
  • Which ads platforms/partners outperform?
  • Which ads/creatives outperform?
  • What geographies and user profiles are best to target?
