Adjust Tier 2 Challenge "Get Two Pair 7 Times" to 5 Times

With the recent Tier 3 Challenge update, the meta of the game has shifted whereas players are protecting their hands more (betting more v checking) and thus the chances of getting two pair is much less frequent. Furthermore, it's also been noted that many are finishing the Tier 3 Challenge faster than the "Get Two Pair 7 Times" Tier 2 challenge.

This proposal aims to update the Two Pair Challenge more in line with the current meta of the game by lowering the amount of Two Pairs needed for challenge completion by 2; making the challenge "Get Two Pair 5 Times".
