LAND Swap with Vegas City

Background

The Decentral Games DAO owns 1,007 parcels of Decentraland LAND. All of this LAND is in the Vegas City District. Much of this LAND is connected, though several large chunks are disconnected from the main/center area. A map has been posted in the #gov-proposals channel of the Decentral Games Discord.

Proposal

Do a LAND swap with Vegas City. We give up 97 parcels south of Zed Run. We receive 104 parcels north of Tominoya.

Rationale

No crypto/money is being exchanges as a part of this deal so it's a simple, straight0up swap. Vegas City would like to have the LAND near their managed builds for Moonshot Stadium, Zed Run, and the Arts District; on the flip side, we would like to increase our connected LAND in the main center area. We already have 9 builds in this connected area of > 500 parcels, and continuing to build city-style where folks can easily walk between buildings is a small improvement to UI/UX. We also a little more LAND count from the deal.
