Ice halvening adjustments (2/2)

Title: Increasing Sustainability for Ice and Wearable Holders

This proposal aims to change the linear decrease of each halvening to a degressive approach.

Introduction: Ice and Wearable Holders are two important groups in the wearable NFT market. Ice holders are investors who hold the project's native token, ICE, and can earn ICE through various means, including delegation. Wearable holders hold NFTs that grant them access to unique in-game benefits. However with the current halvening system it is impossible to make the same amount (in ice) needed to buy these wearables. In this proposal, we aim to create a sustainable solution for both groups.

Objectives: The primary objective of this proposal is to increase sustainability for both ice and wearable holders. This will be achieved by changing the halvening timeframe from 6 months to every 15 months, reducing the rewards for each halvening,

Solution: The proposed solution is to change the halvening timeframe from 6 months to every 15 months(69weeks). This change will allow delegators to earn on average top 50 delegation up to 140k ICE until the next halvening (see math below). Additionally, reducing the rewards for each halvening will prevent underwhelming the wearable holders. Hereby suggesting changing the base rewards to a degressive state instead of a linear state. This means that for the next halvening rewards would go down by 40% instead of 50%, halvening after that 35%, after that 30% and so on.. base rewards would look like this: 150 (current) -> 90 (2nd halv) -> 60(3rd halv) -> 40 -> 30

We also recommend increasing the time period for wearable holders to accumulate ICE. Currently, wearable holders must invest a significant amount of ICE to acquire a high-level wearable. In order to maintain the value of wearables, we propose a longer time period for accumulation. Wearable holders can accumulate ICE for a longer period of time before each halvening, while not being underwhelmed compared to ICE holders.

Conclusion: The proposed solution will benefit both ICE and wearable holders. It will provide a sustainable solution for wearable holders by maintaining the value of their NFTs, and it will allow ICE holders to earn more ICE in a more sustainable way. Changing the halvening timeframe to every 15 months, reducing the rewards for each halvening, and increasing the time period for wearable holders to accumulate ICE are essential steps in achieving sustainability for the wearable NFT market.

Math: lvl1wb: 140$ : 22,745 ice activation fee: 1400 ice level 2: 3000 level 3: 4000 level 4: 5000 level 5: 7000 so that mean on average 24000 + 19000 = 43000 ice for 1 wearable times 5 this is 215k ice for 5 level 5 wearables, for the example i will use my 55544 stack level 5s: (430003) + level 4s: (360002) = 201k ice

for the relevant example we will count in ice because wearable price is tied to ice. this means that it cost me 201k ice to get this wearable stack. 201000/305 = 660 days without halvening, however this used to be around 700 for long time so will use this.

Delegator pov of current halvening system. So every day i earn 305 ice on delegations on an average of top 50; this can continue for 182 days because 1 halvening = 6months, ice per week: 3057 = 2135 Ice per 6month: 213526 = 55510 After that for every next halvening its 27500; 13500; 6700,...

Player pov: basically 2x of delegator pov so 110k ice, 55k

Delegator pov with proposal system: ice per week: 3057 = 2135 213569 = 147315 201000 (cost of wb stack)-147315 (ice earned before next halvening) = 52685 ice

2135 * 0.6 = 1281 52685/1281 = 41. This means that another 41 weeks are needed before earning the wb stack back making a total of 110 weeks.
