Set Aside Wearables for the DAO

Background

To date, we've minted 11 ICE Poker collections. For testing purposes, DG Quality Assurance (QA) mints one of each item and upgrades each item to Level 5. We haven't officially set aside wearables from mints for giveaways, prizes, or marketing.

Proposal

Mint 3 Level 1 items of each item into the DG DAO (15 items per set).

We will allocate 3 items go to the top 3 players each month; 6 items go to the top guilds: 3 go to the top 3 Chad Guilds, 2 go to the top 2 Ape Guilds, and 1 goes to the top Fren Guild; additionally, no more than 4 per month can be given away for other events and marketing at the team's discretion.

Rationale

Wearables are a powerful tool for the DAO to reward the community. We start by rewarding great players and further rewarding winners of the guild leagues. These pieces will be effective as soon as assigned seating goes live.

Some limited discretion is left for the team to give away 4 wearables per month for marketing and events purposes, but the total monthly amount specified above (3 + 6 + 4 = 13) is less than the ~30 per month that would go to the DAO if we expect 2 mints per month going forward. We look to the community to proposal how to allocate the remaining ~1/2 of the wearables as these community holdings are instantiated and begin to grow.
