BAG DAO aims to optimize financial management to ensure long-term sustainability and improve financial planning. The current monthly expenditure of the DAO has been recognized as a major component that needs strategic adjustments to extend our operational runway. Additionally, there is a lack of transparency regarding team composition, which can hinder governance and community understanding of where resources are allocated.

Monthly Burn Adjustment The monthly operational burn will be reduced from $230,000 to $210,000, resulting in a $20,000 decrease. This adjustment aims to optimize expenditures while ensuring that the critical functions of the organization are unaffected.
Creation of Governance Channel: "Team-Composition" A new governance channel named "Team-Composition" will be established to provide greater transparency into our organizational structure. This channel will contain:
A list of all team members categorized by their respective areas such as CEO, Development, Project Management (PM), DevOps, Quality Assurance (QA), Support, Design, Community Management (CM), and Operations.
