Partnership with Mutant Cartel

Background

The Mutant Cartel is a community of more than 2,400 Mutant Ape Yacht Club (MAYC) NFT holders with over 800 verified community members. The MAYC floor is ~15 ETH at the time of writing, and their community has produced a number of really impressive pieces of art, literature, and music since inception.

Decentral Games also recently hosted Mutant Cartel for the reveal of the Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) mega mutant last month, and Decentral Games ties to the BAYC community because (1) We continue to host the BAYC Riverboat on Decentral Games land and (2) We have ICE Poker guild owners that also own BAYC or MAYC assets.

Proposal

(1) Do a single-item 500-count set in partnership with Mutant Cartel, priced at ~25% discount to the OpenSea floor (e.g. 1.5 ETH at time of writing), with whitelist addresses provided by Mutant Cartel.

(2) 100% of ETH proceeds go to the DG DAO and will be converted to USDC and paired with $ICE to add liquidity to the $ICE-USDC pool. (For clarity, secondary sale proceeds go to the DG DAO as well.)

Rationale

Mutant Cartel is exited for this partnership to provide them with branded play & earn wearables with metaverse utility, and their community would be getting a 25% discount from the secondary market floor. We should be excited to welcome in hundreds of members of this thriving NFT community to ICE Poker because they're great candidates become players and guild owners.

The proceeds from this mint will benefit the entire existing ICE Poker community of players and guilds by adding 750 ETH worth of USDC to the $ICE-USDC liquidity pool, further backing $ICE payouts to all players. At time of writing, this would be nearly $4M in liquidity, counting the $ICE component.

Lastly, this would be a smaller 500-item mint outside of our two regular 1,250 item mints per month, half in ETH and half in $ICE. It wouldn't impact the schedule of our regular mints.
