Revamp leaderboards

Background

Currently there is a 150usd leaderboard daily for poker players, the competition relies on the rake generated There is currently no SNG leaderboard active.

Proposal

Cut by ~40% the rake leaderboard

SNG Rewards top 10 players (counts both 9 and 30 tickets game)

Changes go into effect on feb 16 2025

Rationale

There is not enough rake being generated to justify an 150 daily expense...

As we can see, people (almost always the same) only need to play a very small amount to be able to get substantially higher rewards. I am all in favor to motivate the people, but their ROI is extremely high with such prizes being distributed daily. Hence they should be decrease. Decreased to a point they will still gain, but just not as much as they do every single day. If in the future there is more participation, sure, we increase them again. And keeping the competition will still bring new people as it will still be "profitable". Plus whatever rake back rewards there is will remain.

At the same time, SNG has no daily leaderboard... having one day per week could be positive. SNG requires 6 people to start, and many times it is hard to start a game... if people have a feeling it will take "too long" they are less likely to play. Therefore having one day (sunday utc) where there is a leaderboard, will make a day people can plan out and go play SNG with their friends, be active on discord, have interactions and fun. Similar to how DHC was!

We are saving some money in poker rake leaderboard, and just using some to the SNG, not to mention SNG itself could also generate some profit also. We overall save some money, bring some excitement back, and most importantly spend a very small amount to have at least one day of a healthy sng game, especially after we invested so much in sng. Future proposals can increase or decrease the amounts based on the success.

ps: in terms of dev time, both leaderboards are already active (sng just gives 0 dollars), so its just switching some numbers. ps2: the idea behind giving rewards to 10 people in SNG is because we wish to attract as many people as possible to play Sunday, not necessarily have a couple compete for first prize
