Today, the DG Team provides liquidity on Centralized Exchanges. Specifically, we provide the DG and USDT to make trading possible on KuCoin, Gate.io, and Bitmart.
Proposal
Loan GSR 15M DG out of the DG DAO: 9M immediately and 6M in 6 months. The liquidity being provided today will not be removed, so this is incremental.
Rationale
With this structure and top liquidity provision on centralized exchanges, we can facilitate a smoother experience for new community members acquiring DG to participate in Decentral Games governance without needing to provide the corresponding USDT side of the pair.
