Sometimes people vote on a prop and then see the debate unfold and they realize they no longer want to support or out right reject an idea, but if Abstain was not given as an option, the user will not be able to choose an option that reflects their new position.
Also, sometimes the best way to stop a prop you voted no on is to abstain so it doesn't reach quorum.
So I propose that all Props, from now on, must have an abstain option to be considered valid governance.
For Future Discussion I will note that I have not made a proposal on snapshot in a while and it appears they've updated the system so that Abstain is now something you have to delete when setting up you proposal.
They also make it very easy to change the type of vote, including Quadratic voting, and we should probably have a few more votes to define which options we consider valid for voting within the DG DAO.
