Background Currently there are 200m ICE in circulation, from those 200m, 117m are in the liquidity pool which is 100% provided by the DAO. This represents almost 60% of the circulating supply deposited into the liquidity pool. As we can imagine, this situation occurred because there were certain variables within the ecosystem which required to be balanced out, and because we need to create reasons for people to want to actually hold ICE instead of selling it.

Proposal Give the team discretion to remove liquidity from the pools for a period of 5 months.

Rationale During these past weeks we have been accumulating a lot of nominal amount of ICE on the LP which now even if we balance the game, it will convert on a really high resistance moving upwards. 116M ICE valued at 0.015 cents are $ 1.740.000 , the same amount of nominal ICE valued at $ 0.1 cents, are $ 11.6M . All of these weeks, since we are the only liquidity providers, it would be okay to say that we as a DAO have been buying back ICE all along the way. With the MANA incentives looking good which then will be followed up by SnG and mobile launch, i think this is a great opportunity to remove as much circulating supply as possible to make the load on ICE softer.

This way, we can take the most out of the MANA incentives and start the game dynamics once again but this time on a much better scenario and with new features coming in for balancing our B/E ratio.
